Roxbo WA Sender Pro is a SaaS browser extension designed for marketing automation and customer communication. We may modify, improve, or add platform tools at any time.
Services are billed on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. Prices are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 for digital services and downloadable software, subscriptions are non-refundable once premium features have been accessed or used. A free tier or trial may be provided for testing before purchase.
We are committed to protecting user data in compliance with Egyptian Personal Data Protection laws. Users must comply with third-party platform terms, including WhatsApp, and Egyptian Law No. 175 of 2018. Spamming, unauthorized broadcasting, or cyber-harassment may result in immediate termination without refund.
The software is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not responsible for suspensions, bans, or restrictions placed on third-party accounts due to misuse or violation of those platforms' policies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent Egyptian courts.
How Roxbo WA Sender Pro collects, stores, and protects your data.
When you create a Roxbo account, we collect and store your account email address and subscription/license status on our servers. This is used solely to activate and manage your access to the extension's features.
To send messages on your behalf, the extension reads and processes content on web.whatsapp.com while it is open, including contact names, phone numbers, and message text you choose to send. This processing happens entirely within your browser and this data is never sent to, or stored on, our servers.
Your message templates, delay settings, contact lists, and campaign/sending history are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
Your account email and license status are used only to authenticate your access and verify your subscription. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the extension's core functionality.
Account data is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections and stored with our database provider's encryption at rest. Access to this data is restricted to what is required to operate the service.
We use Supabase solely as our hosting and database provider to process account data on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, analytics networks, or any other third party.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; requests are processed within 30 days.
Roxbo WA Sender Pro is intended for business use and is not directed at, nor knowingly used to collect data from, children under the age of 16.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
In line with Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us at support@roxbo.com.
